Slow Feeder spiral bowl
This has slowed down his feed time. He took 10 minutes to work out how to eat all his food from the bowl 1st night. Now he's about 5 minutes.

Good and sturdy bowl
It's good material that doesn't easily break. My dog wasn't sure what to do with this and started biting it, but he got the message and seems to now be enjoying it. I'm not sure how much the bowl actually slows him down, but it's better than before when he was inhaling his food. I would highly recommend using this. Ordering was also very straightforward. The delivery was quick and we appreciated the message on the receipt. That was a nice touch.
